Kvlie Bachan started Santa Cruz Life & Health with her husband Blane Bachan in August 2021 to help Californians get affordable health, dental, vision and life insurance. SC Life & Health has deep roots in the Santa Cruz County insurance industry dating back to 1955. Our predecessor, Santa Cruz Health and Life was started in 2008 by Santa Cruz local, Doak Gintert. Kylie and Blane changed the name slightly, but wanted the agency to be owned and operated by local Santa Cruz residents.

Kylie was born and raised in Santa Cruz County. She attended Santa Cruz High School and graduated from UC Santa Cruz. She is a motivated mother, wife, friend, and entrepreneur who wants to make obtaining insurance a BREEZE for her clients. Outside of work Kylie loves to improve her health and wellness, and is passionate about researching and creating healthy meals for her family. Kylie has an innate desire to serve others through honesty and reliability. She has a long family history of serving the Santa Cruz community.
